Our current turn around time is

3 to 5 WORKING DAYS

Please remember, we are not AMAZON. All items are handmade to order and we work from home and take care over making your items.

  • Turn around and delivery

    Turn around time is the time it takes us to make your items once we have received your order

  • Shipping

    We ship all our orders via Royal mail tracked 48h service as standard. This can be upgraded to 24h service at checkout.

  • Delivery Times

    Please note, the shipping method you choose at checkout does not indicate the time it takes us to ship your order.

    For example - choosing 24h tracked shipping at checkout does not mean your order will be dispatched within 24hours after your order is placed.

Handmade clothing and memory keepsakes

Due to the fact that our fabrics for our handmade clothing is printed to order out of house for our handmade clothing, these items will take up to 4 weeks to be dispatched.

Memory keepsake orders are also not included in the standard turn around time. Please see the current turn around time for memory keepsakes below.

What does working day mean?

Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Delivery delays

Once your order has been handed over to the delivery provider, any delays are out of our control.

Turn around times

Turn around times are the time it takes to make your order. This does not include the time it takes to arrive to you.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive full tracking information from the shipping provider. This can also be found on the dispatch confirmation we send you.
