Current turn around time

Our current turn around time is 6 weeks from the day your items are delivered to us.
How it works:

Once you place your order, pack up your items. If you have any precious items you would specifically like to include, pop a note in with your order.

Post your items to us using the address on the listing. We strongly recommend sending using a strong carboard box and via a fully tracked service.

When your items have arrived to us, we will let you know within 24 hours and confirm the current turn aound time. Once made your items will be carefully packed and sent back to you via the postal method selected at check out.

I only have a few special items, will these work?
Because we hand make all items in house, we can customise to your needs. Feel free to pop us a message via the contact page and we can help you further.
How much do they cost?
Items start at £70. You can spread the cost at check out using Klarna or Clearpay.
How long will it take to make?
Memory keepsakes are not included in our standard turn around time. They will usually be dispatched within 12 weeks of the date your items are received. However this will be confirmed at the time of order.
I need my order quickly, is this possible?
We know how precious your items are to you. Therefore your memory keepsakes are handmade with a lot of love and care. This takes us longer than usual to prepare your order. During quieter times we may be able to reduce the turn around time. Please contact us for help with this.
