Shipping policy

All orders are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days. (Working days=Monday to Friday) This is the time it takes to make your order. However please refer to the banner at the top of the website for the current turn around times

All orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 24h tracked service. This service aims to deliver 1-3 days after your order has been collected by the delivery service.

Once the item has been handed over to the delivery provider, any delays are out of our control.

Delivery charge is free on orders over £35

International shipping charges will be calculated at check out.

Orders will be posted Via Royal mail.

Please note it is the buyers responsibility to pay custom and import taxes that may apply.

Once orders are shipped we are not responsible for any delays during transit.

Undelivered orders:

It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for redelivery when orders have been returned to us due to not being delivered for any reason.
